October 2025

Warm wishes and Diwali greetings to all devoted cricket lovers and supporters of Madhya Pradesh Cricket.

The cricketing season began on a remarkable note as the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 was successfully hosted at the Holkar Stadium, Indore, with five matches conducted smoothly and efficiently. The event not only showcased world-class cricket but also reaffirmed our association’s capability to deliver international events with excellence and precision.

It gives me immense joy to share that under our convenorship; the Central Zone team proudly clinched the Duleep Trophy 2025. Adding to this achievement, Madhya Pradesh players delivered exceptional performances — Rajat Patidar, who led the side in the absence of Dhruv Jurel, emerged as the highest run-scorer of the tournament, while Saransh Jain finished as the highest wicket-taker. Their stellar performances have brought immense pride to our association. I wholeheartedly congratulate both of them and extend my best wishes for their future endeavours.

my new team, elected in September 2025, is deeply committed to upholding and building upon the rich legacy passed down by our predecessors. On behalf of my team, I assure you that we will strive to take Madhya Pradesh cricket to new heights — beyond comparison — and continue to make our association’s flag soar with pride.

On the infrastructure front, the upgradation work at Gwalior Stadium is progressing steadily, alongside new developments at Narmadapuram, Morena, and select areas of the Holkar Stadium, Indore. These projects are focused on enhancing facilities for both players and spectators, ensuring that MPCA remains a benchmark for cricket infrastructure and excellence.

My heartfelt appreciation goes out to all our coaches, support staff, curators, ground staff, and every individual working tirelessly behind the scenes. It is your dedication and commitment that keep the MPCA moving forward with strength and purpose.

As we step into an exciting new phase, I thank each one of you for your continued faith in our association. Let us stay united in our passion and commitment to elevate Madhya Pradesh Cricket to even greater heights.

Warm regards,
Mahanaaryaman J. Scindia
