MPCA condoles the sad demise of Mr. Milind Kanmadikar

MPCA deeply mourns the sad demise of Mr. Milind Kanmadikar, who left for the heavenly abode this morning at Indore.

Mr. Milind Kanmadikar was a seasoned administrator of Madhya Pradesh Cricket, having his association with MPCA for a long period.

His journey in cricket started as a volunteer almost 4 decades back in an era with negligible resources at the disposal of MPCA - be it the funds or manpower or infrastructure. He contributed altruistically while organising several international matches under the auspices of MPCA during this period.

In 2012, he was entrusted with the responsibility of MPCA administration as the Hon. Jt. Secretary. Later, in the year 2014 he became the Hon. Secretary of MPCA and handled the responsibility for next 5 years – till 2019.

In the recent past, the BCCI had nominated him as the administrative manager / liaison officer for the touring / visiting teams – roles that he handled with efficiency.

Presently, he was acting as the Chairman of the ‘Infrastructure & Gwalior Stadium Project’ committee of MPCA.

On behalf of the Office Bearers & the managing committee, all members, fraternity of cricketers, and other associates of MPCA, we extend heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Kanmadikar family.

His multifaceted & active contributions to MPCA will remain unparalleled, as also his energetic and untiring efforts for the betterment of MPCA will be remembered for generations.
