SECOND MEDIA RELEASE & WEBSITE DISPLAY

Through this second media release related to the upcoming ODI, MPCA is pleased to share significant information related to
tickets of the section earmarked for ‘Students’ and section for ‘Specially Abled’.

We request the media to extend appropriate publicity in the interests of the aforementioned section of game lovers who would
be eagerly looking forward to know the details –

Student Concession Tickets

1.1 As per the past practice, MPCA shall make available concession tickets to the students.

1.2 Such tickets shall be of East Stand (Lower and II floor) and upto a fixed quota for each section.

1.3 Each student can purchase only 1 ticket of any of the stands as above, subject to availability.

1.4 The students concession tickets can be availed through online system only. Website / URL is www.district.in/mpca

1.5 Process for availing concession tickets shall have 2 stages –

First stage : Uploading necessary document by using the above URL.

Second stage : The document shall be checked and approved / rejected by MPCA. Upon approval of the document,
the concerned applicant shall receive a whatsapp message / email with a link to purchase the ticket by paying the
amount. After successful payment, they shall receive a ticket booking confirmation. The ticket shall be delivered by
courier.

1.6 The URL link for registration shall be live on 31st December, 2025 (11.00 am.) upto end of the quota of tickets OR upto 5.00 pm on 1st January 2026.

1.7 Norms related to students who can avail the facility :

• Students from standard first (1st standard) onwards can apply for such ticket.
• Students of 'Government Recognised Education Institutions' can only apply for such ticket.
• 'Government Recognised Education Institutions' means school, college, university, but does not include coaching classes or academy etc.
• One student can apply only once.
• Students will have to upload either of the following to support their status of being a student of defined institutions -

               a. Photo identity card issued by the Institution for the academic year 2025-26. Or

               b. 'Progress report card' for the academic year 2024-25. Or

               c. 'Mid-term exam result' for the current academic year 2025-26.

1.8 The ticket rates for student concession category is as under –

Payment gateway charges / convenience fee / courier charges etc. (and any taxes thereon) shall be additional.

Specially Abled Spectators :

2.1 Each person can purchase only 1 ticket of the earmarked section, subject to availability.

2.2 The students concession tickets can be availed through online system only. Website / URL is www.district.in/mpca

2.3 Process for availing concession tickets shall have 2 stages –

2.5 Norms related to specially abled spectators who can avail the facility :

• Only one ticket can be purchased by the person having a 'duly valid' certificate of the incapacity from the competent government authority (civil surgeon).
• This certificate will have to be uploaded on the link for MPCA record.
• Those requiring wheelchair should purchase ‘wheelchair ticket’. The wheelchair has to be arranged by the purchaser on the match day.

2.6 The ticket rates for section earmarked for the ‘specially abled’ spectators is as follows –

Purchaser will bear the payment gateway charges / convenience fee / courier charges etc.

MPCA shall issue media release about other information in due course.
