It is a great honour for MPCA to host the One-Day International match between India and New Zealand on 24th January 2023 at Holkar Stadium, Indore. It will be a day-night match starting at 1.30 p.m. This will be the sixth ODI at Holkar Stadium.  

 

International matches in Indore have always generated great interest among the cricket enthusiasts from the entire state, and MPCA is always indebted to the spectators for their love and affection.

 

Previous matches played here have created many records - not only in terms of cricketing aspects, but also the mesmerising attendance by spectators who have always been energetic and courteous throughout the match.

 

Through this first media release related to the upcoming ODI, MPCA is pleased to share significant information related to tickets of the section earmarked for Students.

 

We request the media to extend appropriate publicity in the interests of the aforementioned section of game lovers who would be eagerly looking forward to know the details –

 

Student Concession Tickets

1.1          As per the past practice, MPCA shall make available concession tickets to the students.

1.2          Such tickets shall be of East Stand (Lower and II floor) and upto a fixed quota for each section.

1.3          Each student can purchase only 1 ticket of any of the stands as above, subject to availability.

1.4          The students concession tickets can be availed through online system only using the website www.insider.in or the mobile application by name Paytm Insider.

1.5          Process for availing concession tickets shall have 2 stages –

First stage : Uploading necessary document by using the link available at above website / mobile app.

Second stage : The document shall be checked and approved / rejected. Upon approval of the document, the concerned applicant shall receive an email with a link to purchase the ticket by paying the ticket amount. After successful payment, they shall receive a ticket booking confirmation by email. The ticket shall be delivered by courier.

The link for registration for this ticket category shall be live at the above mentioned website / mobile app from 11.00 a.m. on 9th January 2023 and continue upto end of the quota of tickets OR 5.00 p.m. on 10th January 2023. If required, MPCA may extend the cut-off date / time.

1.6          Tickets purchased as above shall be delivered by courier service. MPCA and the online ticketing agency shall bear this cost without any burden on the student.

1.7          Norms related to students who can avail the facility :

ü     Students from standard first (1st standard) onwards can apply for such a ticket.

ü     Students of 'Government Recognised Education Institutions' can only apply for such ticket.

ü     'Government Recognised Education Institutions' means school, college, university, but does not include coaching classes or academy etc.

ü     One student can apply only once with an email address.

ü     Students will have to upload either of the following to support their status of being a student of defined institutions –

  1. Photo identity card issued by the Institution for the academic year 2021-22 or 2022-23. Or
  2. 'Progress report card' for the academic year 2021-22 or 2022-23.                                            Or
  3. 'Mid-term exam result' for the current academic year 2022-23.                                                Or
  4. A special form designed for students who do not have the above documents. Such form should be duly filled under signature of the authority of the Education Institution.
